The Trustees of Schools are required to hold regular quarterly meetings on the first Monday of each calendar quarter: January, April, July and October.  If such Monday falls on a holiday, then the meeting shall be held on the following Monday or another available day.  Meetings normally begin at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are held at the Bloom Township School Treasurer's Office located at 3311 Chicago Road, South Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Special meetings may be called at any time by the President or seven members.  Seven members constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
